Youth Triathlon Group Training

Ages 7 through 17 years

Improve all the triathlon skills from open water swimming, bike handling, transitions, running form, and much more. All bike sessions will take place on paved trails. 

 

Group Training sessions will include dynamic warm-up, swim, bike, and run sessions along with talks on nutrition and triathlon racing strategy.

Coach Shannon will focus on the technical aspects of the swim, bike, running, and transition skills required for triathlon racing.  As youth triathletes develop their skills, fitness, and performance, they build confidence at an early age. Triathlon training is a great off-season complement to any team sport athlete looking to develop their overall fitness and prevent burnout and injuries.
