Great work and Congrats to Libby Castelli - a JR at O’Gorman HS - Gatorade Player of the Year for South Dakota! Libby had an amazing cross country season running sub-17:40 in 5 races with a PR of 17:21! Libby also played soccer during her cross country season. We managed her training load so she was able to successfully compete in both sports using physiological profile testing. It’s been great working with Libby and her coaches the past few years. I’m particularly excited for her upcoming track season! Let’s GO Libby!
